We will never forget our Babcia.
We will especially never forget her delicious home-made cooking.
We could think of no better way to honour her memory this Christmas than to put together a cookbook with all her recipes. However, as soon as we started this project, we realized that some recipes were difficult to find, others had 3 different versions, and every single one had a abundance of anecdotes about how we related to our Babcia through food.
In order to create a cookbook worthy of our Babcia, we decided it would be best to create a space for each family to come share the recipes and memories we cherish for how they fill up our stomachs and especially our hearts.
Over the next few months we will be collecting recipes, pictures, memories, and Babcia-isms for the cookbook. We want to collect the most accurate recipes – they have to be Tomaszewski tested and true!

In the meantime – enjoy this website as a place to source recipes. Comment on the recipes if you think there is an error, or comment just say how great it turned out!
